Who you are buying from

Kingsaffron is operated by Mohammad Abbas Bhat, Pampore, Jammu and Kashmir 192122, India. The catalogue is Kashmiri saffron in 2 g, 5 g and 10 g packs, walnuts in shell, walnut kernels, almonds in shell and almond kernels, each nut pack 1 kg. The prices on the shop pages are the pack prices. Photographs are illustrative. They do not establish a grade, a laboratory result, a harvest or a certificate of origin.

Orders and payment

You can order without an account. Check the pack, quantity, address, PIN, region, subtotal, delivery charge and total before you pay. Checkout prepares a UPI link and a QR code to Mohammad Abbas Bhat at mohammadabbasbhat@ybl for the amount in INR, with a payment note. Confirm the payee and the amount in your UPI app. Do not share your UPI PIN. After you pay, enter the UPI reference and send the WhatsApp message to Mumin Bhat. Opening the UPI app, scanning the QR, paying, or sending WhatsApp does not by itself accept the order. Kingsaffron checks the payment by hand and confirms the order in a reply. Browser totals can be edited by the user, so the seller recalculates the packs and the delivery charge before confirming.

Delivery and problems with an order

Delivery is inside India only, on the delivery terms. The estimate is seven working days after order and payment confirmation. Food is not returnable for a change of mind after dispatch. The returns and refunds policy keeps the remedies the law requires for damaged, defective, spurious or misdescribed goods, and for a qualifying late delivery. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
