What does Kingsaffron sell?
Kashmiri saffron at ₹1,000 for 2 g, ₹1,800 for 5 g and ₹3,600 for 10 g. Walnut kernels at ₹1,500 for 1 kg, almond kernels at ₹1,450 for 1 kg, walnuts in shell at ₹600 for 1 kg, and almonds in shell at ₹550 for 1 kg. Photographs are illustrative.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
Indian addresses only. The estimate is seven working days after we confirm the order and the payment.
How is delivery charged?
From the combined net weight of the packs. Packaging is excluded. Jammu and Kashmir: ₹30 up to 1 kg, ₹38 up to 2 kg, ₹46 up to 3 kg, then ₹8 per further started kilogram. Rest of India: ₹50, ₹60 and ₹70 on those same steps, then ₹10. A 1 kg pack stays in the first charge. A 1 kg pack plus any saffron pack uses the next charge.
How do I pay?
Checkout prepares a UPI link and QR code to Mohammad Abbas Bhat at mohammadabbasbhat@ybl for the total in INR. Scan or open in your UPI app and check the payee and the amount. That step is not a confirmed payment. Then enter the UPI reference and send the WhatsApp message to Mumin Bhat at +91 95412 45618. We confirm the order only after we check that the payment arrived.
Do I need an account?
No. You can order without an account. If you sign in, the account does not yet store order history. Orders stay in the WhatsApp conversation.
Can I return food?
There is no return for a change of mind after dispatch. Remedies remain for damaged, defective, spurious or misdescribed goods, and for a qualifying late delivery.
